I like the style and that it gives me the option of going Racerback or regular strap. It gives me good support and nice look. The band size seems slightly larger than my other sport bra but I think a 32 would be too small so I am keeping it. I can do Zumba exercises in it and get the support I need. Thanks for having these choices available I am so happy to find sport bras for my size and shape!!! Julia from Salem, Or

I love this bra!!! I work out a lot and my job requires me to be on my feet and moving all day and this bra is one of the few that truly gives me comfortable support to be on the go and moving. It took me a couple bras to figure out the right size but it is a great fit, comfortable and has great support. I initially bought it just for the gym but want a couple more for everyday use. My favorite sports bra in my size. Bounce is the most minimal in this sports bra versus any of the others I've tried, the fabric and fit is very comfortable, and the support is fantastic, especially with the straps criss-crossed. I was so happy to see it back after thinking it was discontinued last year. Bendon--please keep this forever!! Sadie from New York, NY

Super for my daily work. Fit for cup was small, and I went up from a dd cup to an f - HUGE difference (forgive the pun)! Soft and flexible. I (personally) have a bit of a problem getting the bra on if it has crossed straps (hence the 4 stars not 5), but that is an option so I can re design them as needed. Supports and doesn't squish so there is a bit more shaping and not a flat "blob" on my chest! Heavy duty but comfortable material. Straps are great for me, sturdy and not oppressive. Cup size is vital for fit. rasp from maryland

The material is dreamy, NO CHAFFIING, and very supportive and easy on the shoulders. A design I've been waiting searching for, forever! elaina from acton, ca

This is by far the best sports bra EVER! I have told all my friends about it and this site. The straps have gel in them that make them really comfy and the fit is tight and secure but still gives me a nice shape, no mono boob here. Crystal from Seattle, WA

Overall, this is the best bra I have ever owned. I needed a bra whose straps didn't rest in the dents in my shoulders, and once I found this bra, I have continued to purchase them. They hold up well, but like the poster below, the underwire poked through the bras relatively quickly, on every single bra. I put a patch over the spots where the underwire poked through, because the bra overall was worth it. I found that these bras definitely run big. I always wear a 36, but in this bra, I wear a 34. This bra was wonderful in the begining and like many of the other posters said, offered exceptional support with superb bounce control. my only complaint is that the bra didn't hold up well, after about a year of wear and wash, the metal underwire on one side has poked through the bra sticking me in the chest. Although, I tried to repair it by pushing the wire inside and stiching the hole, the wire eventually made its way back out. I have bras that cost half this price that have held up better through wear and wash. I would only recommend purchasing this bra if you don't mind replacing it every year.

Bendon Response: Bendon Sport's high performance bras are constructed with the finest materials and technical expertise available. To keep your sports bra working as hard as you do, we recommend the following:

  • Only hand wash and line dry your sports bras. This may be a bit more time-consuming, but well worth the extra effort.
  • Alternate your bras. Try not to wear the same sports bra two days in a row. The "rest" will allow it to retain its elasticity and regain its shape.
  • A bra should be retired after being worn or washed 100 times as it will not offer as much support as needed. The general rule is to replace bras every 6 months - 1 year.

This is by far the best sports bra I have ever owned. I ordered two based on all the reviews and I am so glad I did. I am going to buy the last two in my size. Can not believe this is no longer going to be for sale! Marilyn from Oxford, MA

Love it! Getting into it isn't the big deal everyone is making it out to be. Over the head, arms in, some adjustments to get the girls in place, fasten = you're done. It's so comfy and supportive. I'd have given it the highest mark but I could use some more compression, honestly. Maybe going down a cup size would fix that. Otherwise I'd say it's fairly true to size and does its job beautifully. I'll either buy another one of this model before they're all gone or check out the replacement model (Max out). This Bra is fabulous if you have large breasts and need a lot of support! I have been wearing it for the past year and LOVE IT! I am very disappointed to hear it has been discontinued. I just purchased a new one at the sale price and you can't beat it. It has enough underwire and support to run/exercise/walk/strength train. I highly recommend this sports bra. Cute bra. Nice colors. BUT - shape is weird. Not hideous, but I think I'd be too self-conscious to wear it.. Boobs are too close together and too pointy. I don't know if I went down a cup size if the shape would be better. Overall fit is good. I can wear it both criss cross and not without issue (and without change in shape). Good bounce control. Really wish it fit better since it's so cute. Barbara

Great support which is rare to impossible to find in a sports bra this size. However, the design is hideous. Even underclothing it makes you look deformed. Christina from Matteson, IL USA

The best sports bra I've found, and I've tried them all! It's very comfortable and gives you a natural-looking shape and profile. 34 is my usual band size but this feels slightly loose and I would buy a 32 if it were available, but in spite of that I now have three of these. As others have said, it's a little difficult to get on, especially with the straps shortened, but not a big deal once you get the hang of it. I would have given it five stars except that the plastic grippers that control the strap length don't hold. Marci from St. Petersburg, Florida

So far I think this could be the most supportive, non-uniboob sports bra ever. The only drawback is that I need someone to hook it for me. I am very happy with it when I jog. For people with a size bigger than C I would say you will love this bra despite the difficulty in putting it on. Jenny from Eureka, CA

I do a couple of step class that includes a lot of up and down movement. I require a lot of support and I definitely found it in this bra. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely order more bras in this brand. Rjoxy from San Rafael

I have a fairly large bra size and it is always difficult to find a sport bra that is well fitting, doesn't give you a uni-boob look, is easy to get in and out of and works! This one does all of that.. Now if only it came in a color other than white. Dale from IL USA

The bra works once you get it on. The issue is getting it on. I do yoga 7 days a week and I still had a hard time maneuvering myself into this contraption. I lengthened the straps to get it on but now need help to readjust the straps in the back to make them tighter. I simply don't have long enough bendy arms to do so. 2 stars seem low, but seriously, it's going to take some serious practice to get used to getting into the bra without breaking into a sweat. It just didn't seem to be thought out well, planning wise. The criss-cross back is great so you can wear all sorts of styles of tops without having exposed bra straps, but I guess I expected more from a $65.00 bra. Jen from San Francisco, CA

Champion foolishly discontinued all of their full-support sports bras in favor of flimsy seamless things that don't even serve me well for low impact workouts. Their loss, Bendon's gain. I love this bra. I didn't realize that I spent a lot of time readjusting my old bra until the first time I worked out with this one. Two hours in the gym and not one adjustment that I could recall. It fits perfectly in the band and the cups (not always the case for bras with smaller band size and larger cup sized bras.) Good quality. Great support. I immediately bought more. This is definitely the best sports bra I've tried yet. I barely bounce (there is some but with my cup size I expect some). Most other bras I'm all over the place. I mean I probably move up and down at least a foot in other bras. This one it was barely noticeable at all which is pretty much a miracle if you ask me. It's not super comfy but not bad. Better than my last sports bra and doesn't chafe me at all (a lot of other ones do.) It is a bit of a pain to get on but not much worse than a lot of others I've used. Overall I would highly recommend for someone who is very large busted. Leisha from Haslett, MI , US

Wonderful shape, fits great on, no bounce. But is next to impossible to get on. You have to lengthen the straps to get on, but once one, you can't shorten them. Maybe I'm missing something? Mary from New Orleans

Seems like a great bra. I just received it, I think it was backordered. So Ive only worn it 3 times. Very comfortable, and already have had a few compliments on it. I will buy one in black also. Carey from Bothell, WA USA

This is the best sports bra I've ever purchased. The support is fantastic, it doesn't chafe, and it wicks well (no more sweat running down my cleavage and collecting in the band). I use it for running, and whenever I wear one of my old sports bras for yardwork and the like, I wish I were wearing it instead, since it's so much more comfortable. Like other users noted, it's hard to put on, and the band seems a bit large (I wear a 34g in Fayreform, but had to get a 32g in this one). It's totally worth the hassle, though. am999 from Portland, OR

Sizing: band and cups are exact.
Support: the back straps stretch, the front ones do not, so that allows it to move with you, but keep you supported. When you get past a D cup or so, some movement is to be expected, but this is minimal.
Fit: it wasn't as hard to get on as I expected. Initially, I couldn't get my arms in so I took it off and lengthened the straps. Ah! Now I was fine. It was a bit more difficult than a regular bra, but not horrible. Everything feels fine, sits well, except an irritation from the back strap plastic thingee. Initially, I thought I'd not like it because of that, but I left it on for a few hours and within about 20 minutes stopped noticing it. When I exercise, I do notice it's a bit scratchy in the back, but am hoping that will dissipate over time. Annie from Chicago/IL/USA

This is a well-constructed bra with many extra features that sound nice in print. However, after running for a while, it becomes quite heavy. I also still have bounce, and the bra is very large. It's the correct size, but the bra itself is just big. I have a small frame with a large chest, and I feel like my entire upper body is encased in this large, bulky, and sweaty sports bra. If you are petite, I would not recommend it. Ashley from AR

Absolutely impossible to get it on! Maybe for someone with a smaller chest, it can be (uncomfortably) pulled over, but I couldn't do it. Can't image trying to get it on every day for exercise. I tried to do it with the straps uncrossed (like a standard bra), but then the bra gapped in the front. A disappointment. Lesson learned: only buy t-back/cross strap bras that open in the front. This is the VERY first sports bra that I have bought that I actually like! It is built like a bra, which is great for women with large breasts. It is very tricky to put on by yourself- still need help from my husband to get in the darn thing but it is worth it! If you need a REAL bra to work out in, that happens to also be a sports bra, this is the bra for you! Oh, and it is definitely true to size. I wear a 38G in a regular bra as well! This bra was the most supportive of all I tried (7). It was true to size. It is not that hard to put on provided you can reach around well. I gave it a 4/5 because the underwires rubbed spots on my sides (I have this problem with regular bras also). I did return it because my skin is very sensitive and cotton works better for me. I kept the natori and am waiting for my lunaire which I had to exchange the cup size. taphath from charlotte, nc
