I love that this bra doesn't have hooks or any other adjustments. I slip it on, scrunch-in my boobs, and I'm good to go all day. I no longer have falling straps, creeping up my back, or best of all, no indentations from wires when I take this off. This does have "padding" but it's more like thick lining than bumpy stuffing. The pads are just enough for support so I don't get side-sagging. In other bras I wear a 30C best, and a 32B when I can't find anything else, and the XS is perfect on my small frame.
