These are great! I tried 6 different styles of moderate rise, slimming band panties and these are the ones I plan to wear to my wedding. I have worn them all day under a sundress and they were very comfortable and helped smooth the little extra pudge around my middle when feeling bloated. They stayed put on my larger rear. They don't have a cotton lined crotch, but still very breathable/comfortable. I tried a very similar style from Spanx (Undie-Tectable), which gave me problems with riding up on bottom and rolling down on top, but these stay in place much better for my shape. This may work well on more of an "apple" shape. It runs small and seemed to "ride up" on me. Made visible "panty lines" on me. Cindy from MI

Although very comfortable the control is somewhat light. I would also prefer the fabric to be smother. I thought your #8242 was a perfect fit, but unfortunately they are discontinued. Nijola from Rocky RIver, Ohio
