The large is HUGE and too long for me. I have a short rise and am 5"4". The large could easily fit a much larger, fuller bottomed and much TALLER person. It makes you wonder what their fit model looked like - someone 6'2" it seems. I am disappointed as a similar product by a different company is no longer available and was told by HerRoom that this was a good choice for replacement. Nothing in reviews mentions this size issue. Very disappointing item--useless for me. Cut so high it does nothing for thighs, fabric so elastic it holds nothing in, actually accents tummy bulge, and waist line digs into flesh. I should never have opened package--now that I tried one on (wore it an hour then had to take it off so uncomfortable) I can't return it and so the money is just lost, wasted. A better descrlption of the item would have helped prevent this disaster (cut VERY high on leg, no firmness, just molds to body, tight waist). Rita from New York

The panties are comfy and do give a all over smoothing but no tummy control which I need. Considering the comfort and smoothness it gives with no binding I would order it again only because I have found nothing comfortable that smooths your tummy and doesn't squish your butt? This is definitely NOT firm control but I do really like them (I'm wearing the black one now). The support is even and comfortable and they DON'T ride up (this is a BIG issue with me and underwear).
