Comfortable but did not feel any sort of support. Just a smooth fitting panty. At my weight of 148 lbs. I didn't think a small would give me the squeeze that I was looking for because a panty that is too small can have leg openings that are too tight. I loved these panties for about 8 wearings, then the waistband unraveled and they fell apart. So they weren't a good value. I did wash them carefully, took good care of them, and they weren't too tight. Just not sewn very well. I had two pair, and they BOTH fell apart within a week of each other.
