So here it is. I was so excited by this particular piece of shapewear's arrival. no boning to keep the high waist band up! I was sold. I have had the item for nearly two months, worn it many times, and washed it following the manufacturer's suggestions. It already has a hole on a seam. I am unsure if this is because this particular item was defective and I hadn't noticed the imperfection or otherwise, but I am disappointed. In a perfect world, I would give it 3 stars since I wasn't too impressed with the weight of the support (could have been a bit firmer) either. Jennifer from New York

It smooths out my side bulge and tummy. It is a little tight around my thighs and creates a slight bulge there. It fits great above the hips but not so around the legs, but I attend to mainly wear this with dresses so the legs won't be a problem. Madeline from Texas
