This bra would be perfect but for the straps - even though they are partially elastic (a section in the back) they cut deeply into my shoulders. I thought it might be a question of poor sizing, but according to every instruction on this site, the bra is the right size. And when wearing the bra, the "apex" of my bust is indeed halfway between my shoulder and elbow - with or with or without the straps. Yet these straps leave deep painful dents in my shoulders - they are simply too short. In every other sense the bra is really great, so I am thinking of adding some material to the straps. So excited to finally get the right size so I'm pretty happy. The down side is it is very thin so the nipples show through. Also, these straps dug into my shoulder a little. This is my First minimizer too, I like it. So..3 overall. Jo

I love the minimizer bra for me. If I go any where else to go get a bra, they usually don't have them in my size or they are out, or they cost too much.When I order from Her Room they have many different styles and are at a reasonable price. Who says you have to spend and waste your money and time at Victoria Secret? When you can find just the same or even cuter styles on Her Room, and you pay less. I would shop online anytime. Very uncomfortable. After taking out the underwire it was tolerable, but still feels like I'm being suffocated. I received the new catalog and will try some other styles with hopes of a more breathable & moveable fit. I realize DD is large - but honestly - there has to be something that gives support with grace and comfort out there. I'll let you know when I find the perfect fit. Syn from Orange CA

I'd given up on underwire years ago due to overall discomfort, but I needed a black bra, so I went with this one. For an underwire, it's really quite comfortable, although the cups seem to be a bit small. Not a problem for me, since I'm losing weight, but if you're a solid 40C, I'd almost recommend going up a size, if you want full coverage, especially on the sides.
