This is a well-made and comfortable bra with a little lifting assistance on the bottom of the cup, not exactly pushup but more like gently rounding out one's bustline. The straps are constructed as part of a "U" back, which keeps them in place more, and they are a little wider so that makes them more comfortable. I think the bra fits true to size. I am in love with the 3470 Bali Bra but not with this 3472 as the lift causes the cup/front strap to pull too much on my build. Loosening the adjusters did not help and it may be that I needed a larger cup due to the lift but I exchanged them for the 3470s which I love as replacement to the overpriced bras from another lingerie retailer that I've been buying for the past 25 years.
