Aviana Response: We agree that European companies make slightly smaller cups. They can vary as little as a quarter cup, and as much as a full cup size from the American bra companies. It is sometimes necessary to try another size when trying to get the perfect fit in different styles and manufacturers. The jacquard on the Lunaire bra you mentioned is very similar to the jacquard on the Aviana 2353, but the Aviana rounded cup shape is very different from the more pointed Lunaire. The cotton sling is very soft, but our wide foam slings, with proper care, will continue to lift and separate even K cups for years! We appreciate your feedback and hope you'll try us again in the future. -C Webb, Aviana" Ann from California

Aviana Response: Hi Heidi - keep in mind that the straps are infinitely adjustable! This means that the slider can be moved onto the wide part of the strap. Just move the top side of the slider over the thicker edge, place it where you want it, then pull the strap through the bottom side of the slider. You can put the slider in the front. This has no effect on the fit or feel of the strap - in fact - it gives the strap even more padding. The pucker across the cup is caused by the sizing in the fabric and normally goes away after the bra warms to body temperature, or has been washed once. C Webb, Aviana Heidi from KY

Aviana Response: Sounds like you may have an uncommon alergy. Since 2002, Aviana bras have been produced without any latex to avoid the common latex alergy. Most customers find our fabrics very soft and comfortable. Although cotton offers very little support, and even less after the first wearing you may want to try a cotton bra or a 100% polyester sports bra. C Webb, Aviana Kay from Ventura
Aviana Response: Hi Elizabeth, Please do try your actual size before you decide it doesn't fit correctly! If you are bulging out of the cup - you aren't wearing the size you should. All breast tissue should fit comfortably into the cup. If you bulge, and there isn't a higher cup size in your band size, try one size higher band. This is not ideal, since the looser band will pull up in back by the weight of the breasts pulling down in front - but it's better than the "pillow" over the top of the cups. Aviana Response: Hi Dee, My advice - buy 4 bras and rotate them. 1 bra worn every day will last a month, but 4 bras rotated will last a year. Why? Because memory fabrics need a full day to dry and return to shape. If they are worn before completely dry, or worn repeatedly between washings, the memory fabrics stretch and never return to shape. Try it! C Webb, Aviana Dee from CT
Aviana Response: Hi Jae, Sounds like you may be using the wrong band size. Our bands are extremely supportive. Try the 38I! C Webb, Aviana Jae from West Virginia
Aviana Response: Hi Hopeful! All Aviana straps are made to be infinitely adjustable. All you do is pull the first hole in the slider over the wide part of the strap and place it where you want it. Then pull the strap down through the second hole and it stays there - even through washing! The strap is then half the length of the fully outstretched size! Hope this helps! Aviana Response: Hi Cheryl, I'm glad you like our straps and our sizing. Our full support bra works great if the band size is snug enough. So many customers make the mistake of wearing a band that is too loose. In order for the foam sling inside the 2353 to work correctly, your abdomen has to do some of the work - otherwise your shoulders take all the weight. As an I cup, you know how heavy that can be! I suggest trying a band size smaller and a cup or two larger. You may find this bra works better for you in that size. Keep in mind that we manufacturers have historically done a poor job of keeping our sizing standardized over the years. You may have to try a few sizes to find the one that works for you. And also keep in mind, women's bodies change in size as often as daily. You may need a few different sizes in your drawer to accomodate even small fluctuations.
