Aviana Response: If the bra is riding up in the back then the band is to big! Terri from Chicago, IL
Aviana Response: Our strap length and infinite adjustment are great for most, but I agree there is a very small percentage of the population with a torso too long or too short for the adjustment in our straps. It is highly uncommon to hear the straps are too short - most people are calling to find out how to shorten them past the normal adjustment area! I don't have a good Aviana solution to this - except to say I'm sorry our bra isn't right for you Ginny from North Aurora/IL/USA
Aviana Response:The measurement guide is just that - a guide. It is no substitute for a little trial and error with sizes. No matter what the measurements are, our bodies are all different, and we always recommend that women order a few sizes. Not only will this accomplish a better fit, but it will allow you to have a bra in your drawer for every different body size you encounter during the month. Some days we're a few inches smaller, and some days we have water weight, or bloating, which requires a slightly larger size. We wish Aviana offered a 30 band - there seem to be lots of women who could use it. Dianne from Carlisle, PA, USA
