Aviana Response: Soft cups like ours have a wide foam sling that actually provides more support than an underwire. If you're not getting enough support, then the band may be too big. Remember - you want the band very snug, and parallel to the floor. A snug band and proper strap adjustment is what gives you your support. Cushions can be adjusted by moving the flat slider into the front of the bra over the foam strap. Just work one side of the slider over the wide part of the strap into the position you want, then pull the strap through the back side of the slider and VOILA! Your strap is half the length it was. I hope that helps! Mk from San Francisco, CA
Aviana Response: Aviana has personally fit this bra on hundreds of women, and in the right size, it supports beautifully with no wrinkling across the cup. I understand your frustration, but finding the correct bra style and size can take several tries. Not every style fits every body type. You might want to try our Aviana Soft-Cup Lace Bra 2352, which has a slightly smaller cup or even the Aviana Softcup Minimizer Bra 2357. They might fit your body type better. RRKenn from Kennesaw GA
Aviana Response: If the bra is not supportive then it is probably due to the fact that you have chosen the wrong size. The band should fit snugly across your back and be parallel to the floor and should not ride up. If it does, then the band is too big. Try a smaller band size. Lynda from Danville, CA
