Size: MThis item felt very constricting and hit me very high above the waist, causing odd bulges along the sides (and I am not overweight and work out vigorously). The thong element was not comfortable - and thongs are what I wear exclusively. I sent this back and asked for a refund. It just didn't work for my body type.
