I bought the Medium & the Large in this style. Not much difference in size except that the Large is easier to slide on. Because it has spandex underneath the lace, it causes me to have a huge muffin top. I am not fat but I do have a lower pooch and wanted to look better in a slinky skirt. This panty showed a difference but gave me a muffin top. I love lace and will still have to resort to wearing my lace boy shorts for minimizing the pooch. A thong like this would have been perfect if there were no spandex in them.

Assests Response: I would recommend trying the Red Hot Label Luxe & Lean Hight-Waist Thong, style 1685. The high-waist will cover your entire middle and eliminate any muffin top. Similar to the Chic Peek Thong, the beautiful mesh and lace make it date-night approved! Krissy

This was a nicely made item and would be perfect if you have no "love handles" and just need to provide a sleek line under the garment. I am basically in shape but do have some extra waist skin. Beautiful on, but after a while it started to roll down and became very uncomfortable. Would not buy it again.

Although Chic Peek Mid Thigh 1155 is a mid-thigh I would highly recommend it to someone looking for beautiful shapwear that is also comfortable. This style also has the lace details but will resist rolling. I hope you try this one and love it! Sally from New York/ NY / USA

This item felt very constricting and hit me very high above the waist, causing odd bulges along the sides (and I am not overweight and work out vigorously). The thong element was not comfortable - and thongs are what I wear exclusively. I sent this back and asked for a refund. It just didn't work for my body type.

The garment was well made but slightly tight and uncomfortable. I returned it for another brand and better fit.
