Generally, the fit was fine, but the "lightly padded" cups were very small for a Large size item and were nearly "Demi-bra" size. I felt far too pushed up and out for the look I wanted. I have returned it and will see if the extra large does any better. I would love to find a simple satin chemise with an unpadded light underwire...just something pretty and elegant that can take me from day to night, so to speak. Not sure this is it.
