This is very comfortable, but I could have gone to a small. Even pregnant with a belly a medium seems a bit big in the shoulders. Plenty of room in the belly. I normally go with a medium, but in this style I would now go in a small. Goes for another nightgown I ordered in the same cut. Kim from Los Angeles
