rating Size: S

I own 4 of these briefs from about 1 year ago. I ordered the same size and they were too small, whereas I had one that I had never worn which fit perfectly in a size small. I also noticed a difference in how the garment was made. Inside the briefs I own there are elastic panels attaching to the sides horizontally around the garment giving extra support at the waist line, and the material the garment I had before seemed to consist of more spandex. Everywhere I go I am told that women don't want to be confined in undergarments anymore. But I must speak for the women who are sick of going out dressed up and seeing juggling stomach, just because manufactures and a few women want to hang loose. What about us old fashion women who want to look sleek, and smooth in an outfit sometime. What happen to the days when we were able to have a choice about what fashion style was best suited for our taste. We need our good ole' fashion firm and extra firm control briefs, invisible waist cinchers, and long line bras. Any way I sent my Annette Power Curves Hi-Cut Brief Back for an exchange of a size M. Hopefully this will be somewhat of an improvement.

Vendor Response: 17421 is a replacement style for a style in the same silhouette, but different fabrication (style 17370.) Is it possible that you are comparing the two, which differ a bit in inner construction and type of powernet used? If so, it is possible the two fit slightly differently or provide a slightly different degree of control. To address your desire for firm and extra firm shapewear----Annette will continue to provide these garments, via HerRoom website to the consumers who desire more structured control garments.
