Anita Response: There are no adjusters made into this bra to have the comfort of the straps in the back as well. Otherwise, we would not be able to keep such a wide size in the back and we would need to put smaller straps in there. This way we have wide strap support all the way through. We apologize that it did not fit your body type. Kim from Columbia, IN
Anita Response: 5409 is one of our most supportive Anita comfort bras so the fabric is very firm and shaping. This bra style is not designed to allow a lot of adjustment. When the bra is riding up in the back, either the straps are too short or the under bust size is too wide, so the balance between straps and under bust band is not correct. With an indicated size 40A we would not recommend a high support bra like #5409 and rather go for a lighter Anita comfort style like #5448 Safina with adjustable straps. Cindy from Lone Tree, Colorado, USA
Anita Response: The customer indicates, that the bra was moving and couldn't hold the breast. This is an indication, that the bra size isn't correct and the band size is too loose. If the size is correct, the bra should only be adjusted a little bit through the day. Style 5409 has an elastic part in the back part of the strap taking care of that through the day. Style 5409 is one of our best-selling comfort bras especially in big cups and sizes because of it's supportive fitting. joan from south salem, ny, usa
Vendor Response: #5409 is one of our most supportive bra styles and constructed to fit tight, but shouldn't be too tight or uncomfortable. The customer is indicating a change in her bra size, so probably the fitting wasn't correct. We recommend to use our sizing chart to measure the right size. In general #5409 is one of our bestselling comfort bras and wear-tested by many women of all sizes. Debbie from Charlotte, NC
Anita Response: #5409 is one of our strongest comfort bras, which gives a lot of support. The consumer mentioned that the band size is too small for her, so the support can turn into pressure and can become uncomfortable. The back has elastic parts, but can't be adjusted, so for a 5'8'' tall woman with a 48 band size, this is probably not the perfect style. We would recommend an Anita bra with adjustable straps and for Cup A she probably doesn't need the support of 5409, so maybe she would feel more comfortable with Anita 5448 or Anita 5427. Louise from Clear Lake, IA, USA
Anita Response: We develop our bras according to the Anita size chart. Each bra is based on a standard sizing in the industry. The bras are wear tested by many women of all sizes. We would recommend to use the Anita sizing chart to find the right bra size. Sonja from Maryland
