It's not the most attractive bra, but that aside, it's no AA either. I have been desperately looking for a smaller cup size for a heavier woman. This was a no go. I'm finding that about the only thing that's working for me now are shapewear tanks, but they don't offer the support/separation that I would always like. Janice from Butler, PA

Does not fix as well as I would like. I have always worn a bra with three sections. I lost weight and went down to an A cup instead of the B cup I used to wear. If you can get an A cup with 3 section, please let me know.

Amoena Response: We are sorry this bra did give you a perfect fit. At this time, Amoena does not offer a 100% cotton bra with a 3 section cup. But we have passed this along to our design team. Annie from Bogue Chitto/ MS/ USA

I purchased this bra after using the fitting video on the site. The differences in the new size are astonishing, no more riding up in the back and no loose straps. This bra is very comfortable and I will purchase it again! Marty from Munster, IN

When ordering I was concerned that the cup size might be too small for me, but it turned out to be too large, even though it's sized AA. I normally wear a size 38A. The size 40AA I purchased measures 32 inches in the band, and only reaches 40 inches when stretched to the max. The cups are also baggy, a combination of them being too large for my breasts and having a pocket for a prosthetic, which I don't need. I'm planning on returning it. If the waste band were appropriately sized and the cups were smaller, it would be a nice bra.

Amoena Response: We apologize this bra did not fit you as you expected. You may try to wash a few times as this bra is 100% cotton and may size down to your cup expectations. Sarah from Cincinnati, OH

I have so much trouble finding a bra that FITS. They don't sell my size in the local discount stores. This bra fits great! I love it. The cups have no wrinkles and it looks great under anything. I will be buying more of this brand!! Karen

It was okay. But seemed to be a bit more like a minimizer bra with the cups extending under the arms. Less projection than with my other bras.

Amoena Response: We are sorry that this bra did not meet all your expectations. Every bra fits different based on cup/band and silhouette of the breast. Darla from Wisconsin

Scratchy and uncomfortable.

Amoena Response: The Ruth bra is made out of all natural 100% cotton. It is possible after a few washes, the scratchiness may have improved. We are sorry this bra was not a good experience for you. Sue

Being a Breast Cancer survivor, the pocket in the bra is perfect. It's hard to find an all cotton bra, that fits this perfectly. Debbie from Texas

This bra fit perfectly. As a nearly A, I find that many cups are too roomy, but this one seemed cut well to fit without being baggy at the top. I would buy it again. Belinda from Savage MD USA

Didn't like the bra and the fabric was really scratchy. I returned it.

Amoena Response: We are sorry this did not work out for you. The Ruth bra is 100% cotton. Laundering the bra usually will help soften the fabric and give more comfort will wearing. Cathy from Colorado

Yeah, an all-cotton, white bra that fits. I have allergy/skin reactions to nylon bras and found it nearly impossible to find an all-cotton bra. Could use more/smoother padding to cover nipples better. Bernadette from Strongsville, Ohio USA

The band size was fine, but the cups were wrinkly so I packed both bras up & sent them back to exchange.

Amoena Response: We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. The bra you purchased is 100% cotton which unfortunately has a tendency to wrinkle but on the up side is a very comfortable fabric. We hope the new bra you exchanged the #2873 for better meets your expectations. Shirley from Fort Meade, FL, USA

Cups fit very well, I have never found a bra that fits however, the "bones" on the sides sag, making it unsightly through shirts and blouses.

Vendor Response: You may want to tighten the band a notch as well as tighten the straps to maximize the support on the bra which will straighten out the side bones. Nancy from Mt.Vernon Illinois

I have been trying to find a bra that would fit me without the cup being bigger than my breast. I'm a guy that has to have injections for extremely low testosterone from cancer treatments. My breast have gotten bigger now and a times hurt, so I started looking for a bra to fit me and finally found this bra. I had been measured for bigger cup size yet i had to find the right one for it and with some help from you all. I now have the Amoena Ruth Soft Cup Bra with a AA cup and will buy more for I wear it a LOT. Thank you for being there D B from Stonington

I had to send it back because it didn't fit right in the cup. There was excess room in the top of the cup, making for an awkward look. This is a common problem I find in many bras I have tried. I am unsure if it is that the cup is too big or because of the type of breast tissue I have. The quality of this bra seemed to be better than other bras I have tried though.

Amoena Response: We do allow a little extra room in the pocket of the bra to accommodate room for a breast prosthesis. May we suggest the Amoena Bella Contour Soft Cup Bra 2114. Stephanie from Kenosha, WI, US

Very nice item. I was wondering if you carry a complete cotton bra without any polyester threading along edges. I know someone allergic to polyester, even the thread bras are sewn with is polyester. Years ago, there was not polyester in a bra at all.

Amoena Response: This bra is 100% cotton however you do have to have some spandex/polyester in the band to hold the band in place. Nancy from Milltown/NJ/USA

The bra fits, with no gaps at the front like most 40A bras. The cup size is perfect. However the thick side "bones" are chaffing to my upper arms, and the top hook keeps coming undone. I'll wear it occasionally when I feel that I can "tweak it" so it is less uncomfortable. I don't like a bra that always makes me remember that I'm wearing a bra. A smaller front center would be better, too. Janet from CA
