I am only 5'3" and this was too long for me. Other than that, it was very comfortable.

Very comfortable. Bra size was too big.

The bottom 2/3 of the Va Bien Extra Firm Body Briefer (#1192) was good, but I hated the top. For a full-busted woman, it was not at all supportive. The straps laid way too far out on the shoulder (felt like they would slip off) and it "scooped" too low in front (I don't wear low cut clothes so I don't need a "sultry" look.....I need lift and support!) Is there another model that has the bottom half like the Va Bien 1192 but has a much more supportive and full-coverage bra???
VaBien Response:Unfortunately Va Bien doesn't make anything like this. However, we have suggested to them that they do so!

Tummy and hips was a very good fit, but bust did not fit properly (too small) and the shoulder straps are a little too far out on the shoulder--they're prone to slipping off. I'm ordering the 38DDD and am hoping that it will fit in the bust but still be nice and firm everywhere else, and that the shoulder straps will not slide off.

I was very disappointed in this product, because you would think with the size there would have been support in the bust area. There was no support at all. I have returned these items.
VaBien Response: 1192 is designed for someone who wants all over, firm control shaping, but will not wear an underwire bra. For the additional bust support, VaBien 1191
would be a better choice – it features underwire cups.

Love the way the garment fits, overall. The cup size is very generous though, and although I'm usually a (large) D-cup, this was a little to big and didn't support as well. I'm going to try one size down and see how that works.
Everything else about the garment is A+++. I love the fit through the tummy, hips and thighs.

Nice cup definition for a soft cup bra, but ouch, ouch no strap adjustment. I needed about 2" more in body length even though I am quite short waisted. The crotch closer was fascinating. A split pullover crotch covered by a pull through cover that latches in front with hooks and eyes.

I am really sorry to have to give this item such a low rating, but it did absolutely nothing for me. I was thrilled about other reviews and about a full body briefer with my bust size (38DDD), when I opened it I thought it looked great, but when I put it on it was a big disappointment: No support whatsoever. All the bulges were still there, and it even made my derriere look bigger, due to the "lifting" panels it has under the buttocks area.
I sent it back immediately. I am now going to try the German brand Anita.
HerRoom Response: Unfortunately, full body-covering items like this never fit a petite or short torso women well. We always recommend a shapewear camisole with a biker pant for a better fit.
Va Bien Response:Va Bien bodysuits have a longer than average stride – meaning that the garment is quite long. For petite customers (under 5”3), this can cause the garment to bunch up and not pull in the body effectively, unless that customer is quite wide in the torso. This is a challenge in designing bodysuits.

Terrific undergarment! Most all-in-ones I've tried really lack support & proper shaping in the bra. This one had great support and shaping. It was extremely comfortable--not too tight, and smoothed everything out under my slinky cocktail dress. Even going to the bathroom was easy. The hook/eye fastener is smartly placed up in the front so you don't have to do contortions to get it refastened!! Love it!

Needed a a firm to control foundation to wear under a dress for a formal dinner. Also difficult to find a briefer in my cup size: DDD. This product made my dress fit great and gave my full figure a great look! I was comfortable all evening and this briefer gave me great support! I now wear under other clothing and everything fit's better. Also like the wide straps and firm control.

I loved the firm control and how comfortable it was. I only had two issues, the panel between your legs was too hard to get back done once you unhooked it. I found it easier just to pull it to the side. I also wish the back would have been a little bit higher.

This garment does a great job holding you in and smoothing out the lumps and bumps. Very comfortable to wear - does not ride up over the course of the day. Sizing seems to run a little big. I'm normally a C cup, but had to exchange for a B cup. Her Room was amazing in doing a quick exchange through the mail with no shipping costs to me. Highly recommended!
