Thickness of contour cups are 1/4".
Center front is 2" tall.
Seamless sides are 3 1/2" long.
Removable elastic strap is 1/2" wide and adjust with metal hardware.
Self adhesive worn up 20 times.

Unfortunately, I was GREATLY disappointed with this item. I first saw it advertised on the Today show and they made it look so great and reliable. Well, for me that wasn't the case. I wore it on the 4th of July and it kept falling and losing it's adhesiveness because I was sweating, but even on my clean dry skin it wasn't sticking all the way.
