I love my Spanx cami. I am 5'8 139lbs with 34DD's. I can wear a bra with the cami or not. I can even sleep in the thing it is so comfy. It works very well with smoothing out the love handles and making me look smooth (with no extra love handles bulging out of the back sides of my jeans) in my clothes. I do not have a problem with my cami riding up/rolling up during the day. I do tuck it into my pants, that may help. I have been in one almost every day for over a year and they are still firm and have excellent tummy control. I will by two more this year.
Thank you

This garment is light weight and very snug around bosom, plenty of room in the arm holes, but the lower half constantly rolled up, turning it into a makeshift sports bra, which seemed to enhance my belly rather then smoothing it out. I’m 5’8” tall, long 26” waist with small breasts, 36” AA. I don’t suggest this garment for those with larger breasts. I wore this with a bra and had to constantly duck into a bathroom to roll it down and tuck it in, wishing I had safety pins to attach it to my underwear!
HerRoom Response: Your height along with your long waist probably has something do do with your problem. Also, when a piece of shapewer rolls up, this is usually also a sign that you need to go up a size. We are sorry it didn't work out for you.

Fabric is very comfortable, but cami is very short (keeps riding up). I'm of average height; 5'7". Plus the back fat is still there, unfortunately...

I love this thing!!!! I have no waist so any ounces I gain show up right away. This hides my extra ounces so well.

I would love this garment if it fit, but the XL is really big. I am returning it for a smaller one. And I am quite a chubby lady, 18/20 or 2x in clothes.

I really like it. It is comfortable. My only problem is I am short wasted so it is a little long. I also wish there was a little bit more support in the bust area.

I ordered the large. It was too big in the arms. Then I ordered the medium. It still gaps.

My stats... 5'1", 38-40 C cup bra, about a size 1x in normal clothes. My issue is the above the waist "tummy pooch"
I have been looking for a "shaper item" to not flatten, but rather to just "suck in" my upper (above the waist) tummy area for a smoother look under clothes. I was concerned that this camisole would have the very bad effect of flattening my chest... it does NOT!! I wore this with a bra. It comes with a built-in bra but im a 38-40 C cup and yeah thats insufficient for me in the bra department. It seems to me that if you wear this with a real bra, you will be good to go. The fabric in the bra area is not super tight, but it is fitted. The tummy area is tight enough to "suck-in" and smooth a poochy tummy... but not SO tight that you can't breath... its comfortable AND controlling. This is going to be good for EVERYDAY use not the kind of power shaper for say a wedding or super special event. just enough to smooth for everyday wear and comfort.
I was concerned about the flattening the chest aspect, I read MANY reviews before purchasing.... I believe that when women said it flattened the chest they must have been wearing it without a normal bra. I hope this clears up the confusion I had before buying.
Also I normally wear about a size 1X top and I got mine in an XL... this item does seem to run a little large so I would say to go down 1 size.
