"I LOVE my Smarty Pants! I really appreciate my Smarty Pants and rely on them to keep me dry and comfy when I'm skiing through snow, slush, and pure unadulterated, awesome powder.
Last season, I wore them every time I skied - for hours on end. The Smarties also make going to the bathroom easier, because for some reason I can pull the Smarty Pants, thermal, fleece and ski pants down in one fell swoop; with underwear I have to peal each layer off individually (go figure). Plus of course, they're very comfortable, stretchy and breathable. I love the black colour, as all my fleece/ski gear is black although I want to try the gray colour as well.
I think all ski divas should be able to experience the pleasure of wearing Smarty Pants. I’m going to tell all the gals I know about them and spread the good word. Congrats on a fabulous product! Finally, a “smart” underwear!"

Very comfortable and fit well. I love the soft strechy fabric. I wear these under skirts when I want to ride my bike around and make sure I don't accidently show a little more leg than I intended! I discovered a fantastic new purpose when I wore them under my snow pants on the slopes.

These fit true to size.

I love these! They are exactly what I was looking for. I have read tons of articles regarding how you can wear a skirt in the summer time when your thighs touch and still be comfortable. I've tried it all and I really just need a fabric barrier. These fit the bill! And are SO comfortable!

These panties were cut in a weird way - too high up in front and too low in back. There is also not very much stretch to them, so they felt baggy after a day. Not a good choice.
Smarty Pants Response: Thanks for sharing your review with us. This is the first time Smarty Pants has had any negative comment about the cut of this item. If you feel they were cut too low in back, it may be that you had them on backwards or that your backside is large in proportion to your body. If they were baggy, they may have been too large in size yet the low back would indicate otherwise. A lack of stretch has never been any issue, as the garment contains 10% spandex - well above industry standard for an undergarment.

These feel 4-5 inches above my knees so remained hidden even while seated in knee-length dresses, and provided ample coverage even though I have wide hips and full thighs. I do wish they were more generous in the seat, because while the front panel rises to my actual waist, the back panel does not, which resulted in the shorts gradually sliding down my legs throughout the day and the constant need for readjustment when I'm running around. I do not believe it is a sizing issue because the shorts fit well at rest with no uncomfortable compression or slippage. This single feature is the reason I'm giving three stars instead of five. They are super-comfortable and low-profile, but hiking up my pants all the time defeats the purpose of shorts for added comfort and security while active. If you sit in a chair most of the day or have a smaller rear in comparison to your size, these will probably be the perfect thing for coverage under knee-length or longer skirts.

I just turned 50 - and wear size 12-14. The Large fit plenty good - not tight. Any bigger and the bottom of legs would probably roll up. I love them - comfy, and for me a good solution for exercise wear. Definitely recommend. Plus received items quickly. I got Mediums in the Calida, based on other reviews, and they are plenty big as well.

I Love, love, love the smarty pants!
I was buying the "boyshort" style prior to finding the Smarty Pants. The Smarty Pants have a "longer line" and do away with any panty line issues. A nice sleek look and feel.

Soft and comfortable, they prevent chafing under skirts/dresses. So comfortable, I don't want to take them off at the end of the day.

I bought these to wear with skirts in the hot weather am pleased with the cool fabric and low rise. They are very comfortable through the waist hips, however, I am tall and I'm afraid they are are not quite long enough for me! I will wear them under slacks and walking shorts.

Fantastic! Extremely comfortable, and I admit I was worried about wearing them underneath pants in the summer, but I was not too hot at all; they kept me very cool.
These do have a slightly lower rise than I expected in the back, though they cover my tummy in the front; though it surprised me, it works extremely well with my jeans that always fall in the back.
I love these and can't wait until I can afford to order more.
