I bought this item to wear under skirts, because my upper thighs rub together. So far, so good. They fit true to the sizing - I ordered M (I'm a dress size 8/10) and they are not too tight. I expected them to fit more like a compression garment but they are very comfortable and not at all constraining. The leg length and rise is perfect. The fabric is very wicking. I wore these on a backpacking trip, and they are great. The legs rolled up just slightly, but easy to smooth back into place. They are generously sized, and very comfortable. Fits better than other models I tried but cost a lot more too. Doesn't ride up but I wish it were made of nicer fabric. I had to order L and XL because the size chart was not up on their web site when I ordered which annoyed me because in order to see if they work you have to wear them for a day. Then you can't return, and there's added shipping to exchange. But overall, it's the best alternative I've found out there for summer wear with skirts.

Finally! I had the idea of these in my mind and could not believe no one made them until I found these! I'm 5'5, 125 pounds, slim, but needed something for under different styles of gym pants. Cannot deal with the thong thing any more, and hate panty lines. Boy shorts are too short and roll up. These do the trick. Low enough at the top that they don't stick out, long enough at the bottom that they don't roll up. I hand wash them, and they do dry fairly quickly (wash them in the evening, they will be dry early morning). I got the small, which fits just fine. Eventually, I will be buying a second pair. I was really disappointed by the length of my Smartypants. On a size 14/16 with full thighs they are far shorter than on the model in the picture and don't do much for chaffing. And what's worse is that the already short leg rides up when you walk. Not ideal for a New Yorker on the go in the summer time. I only wear my Smartypants under shorter skirts so I can give them a subtle (I hope!) tug when the leg rides up. They are pretty light weight so if you're looking for a panty to go under your athletic wear or are lucky enough not to have to worry about chaffing thighs, I would recommend these. These are great! I am an equestrienne and it's important to find comfortable underwear to wear under our breeches. These dry quickly, don't bunch up and are $$ less than other underpants designed for riders. The size is generous, I could actually wear a size smaller, I'm sure. Normally I would wear a medium but a small fits perfectly. I LOVE this garment. It fits right under the navel so it doesn't show at the waist under low cut garments. It is comfortable--no wedgies, no riding up. It dries super fast after washing and wicks sweat and is also soft, thick, and cozy. It keeps my upper inner thighs from chafing. It's invisible under clothes, no panty lines. It was comfortable in May in Hawaii (hot--in the 80's) and New Zealand (where it's winter and it gets into the 30's) What I don't like is that after one day of wearing and walking, the fabric on the inner thighs pilled considerably. Maybe the manufacturer should be informed about this problem. Annoying. This is the underwear I have searched for, for years. Thank you! Oh, and did I say it came in a couple of days, even to Hawaii? I have been in search of a garment that would help me avoid chaffing between my thighs when wearing a skirt and this is it! I hate those super constricting bodywear garments that roll down at the waste and create muffins on my thighs. These are great but they do run big so go down a size.
