Shadowline

Shadowline is a grand old American brand of lingerie and sleepwear, founded  in 1946. Begun as a small business, it grew to have a reputation for beautiful feminine designs, high quality fabrics and meticulous workmanship. Over the years, Shadowline had ardently loyal fans who appreciated their gowns, robes, slips and panties.  When Shadowline began to struggle to stay in business, it was purchased by Velrose Lingerie, a long-time  family company. Now Shadowline is back, with the same classic styles and high quality that the Shadowline brand was known for.

The Shadowline products include nightgowns, robes, camisoles, pajama sets, slips and panties. Women love the nightgowns, both long and short.  They describe them as romantic, flowing and, best of all, incredibly soft. Nightgown styles include tea-length gowns with lace bodices, fluttery cap sleeves  or short sleeves. The long gowns measure 53 inches long, a flattering length.
