I've looked for one of these camisoles with the wide straps for quite a long while. I finally found yours. When I put it on, I couldn't even tell I was wearing one because it was so comfortable. I have worn this camisole for more years than I can remember. I now have arthritis in my shoulders and my old ones were hard to get on and off. I had to order a 44 1st and it was too small. I ordered the 46 after I talked to someone in customer service and it is perfect. The sizing could be more clear and have the retail equivalent next to it. I usually wear a woman's 22, and my bra size is 42, so I would not have ever ordered a 46. Harriet from Lenexa
