I think this one would work out well for a slimmer person. I ordered a 2X and the pads were not wide enough to cover my butt. I think her room should try to come up with padded panties that would fit full size women butt. Lydia from SOUTH CAROLINA

This was the biggest surprise ever! Ordered the padded shaper so my Chico's would quit sticking to my bottom. This is a must have garment for women over 45 especially the apple shaped ladies.
