The Rago Waist Cincher 21 s made of firm control Power Net fabric with 2-way stretch. Comes with 4 removable garters. Rago's Waist Cincher has a hook-and-eye crotch opening for ease of use.
I can only recommend this item. Comfortable to wear either with or without stockings. I prefer it compared to the other.

Love the fit! I see a noticeable difference in how much smaller my waist looks when I wear this garment. The garters hold on the stockings really well, however, the bands that hold the garters are getting stretched out looking rather quickly, and the metal fasteners that are supposed to hold the bands in place to adjust to different lengths also don't work very well. If it weren't for those two issues I would give this garment 5 stars.

This definitely gave me a more streamlined shape and pulled my waist in. I returned it because it wasn't exactly comfortable to wear with a long-line bra under my wedding dress. It probably wasn't meant for that but seeing as my cup size is a GG/J, I didn't really have much of a choice but to go with two separate pieces. I also returned it because I don't have anything else that necessitates such supportive shaping and can be worn with a bra with straps. I may reorder in the future need be!

At first it didn't look like it would fit, but it did and very comfortable. It took a couple of inches off to allow my new dress to flow very nicely. You definitely need to go more by your hip size when choosing a size. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to get rid of couple of inches for night.

I ordered both the Rago 21 (in white) and the 821 (in beige). Both are lovely, but the 821 is definitely more invisible under clothes. Although I like the look of garters, I wouldn't use them on a regular basis. That said, the 21 would be gorgeous under a wedding dress.
My recommendation is to order based on your measurements and the size chart, ignoring the column with dress sizes. Going down a size is only good in theory - in reality, you have to account for the fact your hip bones can't be cinched in and there will be spillage on top and bottom.

This is great and did take 2-3 in off my waist and hip measurements. I purchased it for my wedding coming in Oct and had the dress made according to my measurements wearing the cincher. I do wish it was just a bit tighter though. I took another customers advice and ordered two sizes smaller than the size chart indicated and it is still just a little looser than I was hoping for. Also my rear is high so I had a bunch of excess material bunched up on top of it so I just turned it around and it fit in the back perfectly then and came down just a bit lower in the front as well which I like.

I'm about 140-145 lbs and this was the right size for me. Gives the perfect hourglass shape, but it does bulge a little on the upper back.
