These control thongs are elegantly made. However, they do not go above your hips. The picture posted is very deceiving. If you are a hippy person and are looking for undergarments that fit higher than your hip area, these are not for you. Also, the control value of these thongs are light and moderate. If you need something to suck you in, these will not do the trick. Otherwise, they are very sexy to wear if that is what you are looking for.

This garment was disappointing because while the tummy was tucked, the edges of the control band cut into my upper thigh, creating the weirdest sausage effect I've ever seen.

It sits low waist. It advertised in picture as high waist. I was disappointed because I was looking for something that comes over the tummy at least to belly button as pictured. I had send back.

It does not come high enough on your belly as advertised in picture. I was a bit disappointed. It should be advertised as low cut for lower tummy control.

I am a pant size 2 or 4 petite so I ordered the small. It was way too small so then I ordered a medium and a large. In the end I sent them all back because the thong part was way too uncomfortable. If I was going to keep any, it would have been the large...I liked how it fit my stomach area and was still attractive, but the overall fit was just too uncomfortable. I admit I do not generally wear thongs; I was purchasing the underwear to wear under a particular dress.
