These fill out my 34D bras nicely where there were gaps before (after weight loss). But I will be honest, they aren't as big lengthwise as I would prefer. It's often the case that inserts like these aren't wide enough to cover my entire breast, giving a long pointy look. I bought these to boost my b-cups for my wedding day. They do give a fuller look when placed inside my bra, but I'm a bit disappointed with the overall fit of this product. They don't fit the shape of my breasts at all. You don't notice in a structured or padded bra, but it looks really weird and lumpy in something sheer.
