I have had two back injuries, I've had to resort to women's shapewear because all the men's back braces and shapewear tend to pinch the injured area. The Miraclesuit has panels that run up and down, and the compression in front, which works perfect. The only drawback is the front part of the torso runs tall in the front. After reading the reviews, I thought that this would be a great slimmer to wear under my bridesmaid dress. However, nothing could be further from the truth. My dress was truffle brown and made of satin. Not only did this slimmer NOT make me look "10 lbs slimmer" - as the ad claims (at best it made me look 2 lbs lighter), but you could see the lines of the stomach panel underneath the dress. This fit like a dream! Really comfortable, but holds me in. I love the no seam at the bottom of the legs - they have nice rubbery grips that prevent ride-up and don't show even under thin pants. This may be good if you have no thighs, but for me, the garment's panty line seams accentuated my saddle bags and showed through trousers. Not a good fit for me - I need one smooth line with no seams.

This is BY FAR the best slimmer out there! It provides extra firm control in all of the right places... tummy, butt and upper thighs. It takes some getting used to to put it on properly so there isn't any "crotch drag" or roll down in the back. It helps to pull it up and wear it under your bra in the back. I've worn one everyday, even to workout in, for the last year now and they hold up very well. Good quality. I started out in a 2XL and after losing 140lbs. I continually kept ordering smaller sizes of this product and now I'm in a M....wishing they made a size S. I've tried many other brands, models of shapers and this is the one I continue to go with. This item is wonderful! I read the sizing and it fits perfect. It holds everything in and it stays in place. The nude color was great under my wedding gown.
