Had it on for 5 minutes and had to take it off. Really small for an X-lg size. Arm straps dug into my arm pits causing red marks in less them 5 minutes. Rejected.

Save your money! This product description said it improved your posture...NOT...it basically does nothing to improve anything...doesn't even smooth your back well. This item was a waste of $$...would never buy it again!
