The overall "bones" look good but my normal DD size did not translate into the E size here. I am going to return for a cup size up.

Le Mystere Response: Thanks for your feedback. In some instances the size of a contour cup needs to be adjusted in order to accommodate the fullness of a bust. The cups are designed for your breasts to sit into, unlike a basic moulded bra where the cup will mold to your actual breast. Because the breast sits into the cup that is already shaped instead of having the fabric stretch over your breast tissue, more or less cup may be needed for the coverage desired because not matter what, that cup is not changing shape! Just remember that when changing your size, if the band is secure and comfortable with no riding, only adjust the cup. Good luck! I liked this bra, but the band was too big. It seems my band size runs from 30 to 34 depending on the style and a 34 was definitely too big in this bra. The cups were very large and I had about a 1 inch gap at the top. I plan to exchange it for a band and cup size smaller and see how that fits. It is hard to determine how many stars to give a bra until you it is the correct size. If the smaller band/cup fits well, I most likely would give it 4 stars. I also like the fact that it is a contour bra which is the best you can get for nipple concealment (unless you use dimrs which work great).

Please keep in mind when adjusting your size that every time you change your band size, your cup also adjusts up or down as well. So going down a band and a cup size may give you a cup that is too small (It really just depends on how big the bra was to begin with. It may be fine). After reading other reviews, I decided to get a bigger band size and went from my usual 38 to a 40. Also, this bra did not come in a DDD cup, instead the sizes are D, E, F, G. So I decided on F - And it was PERFECT! It is a little bit like armor, but sometimes, that's what it takes. Very sturdy and supportive. I like the wide, comfortable staps. this bra was okay. the cups flattened my breasts down like pancakes and the super thick straps felt constricting against movement.

While your experience was not perfect in our Dream Tisha bra, a few tweaks may make it better, or you may even find a similar style offered by us to better suit you. Might I consider having your fit checked on this bra? As one of our “ultimate” contour t-shirt bras, you should never experience flattening in Dream Tisha. It could be an indication that you may not have enough cup. In a contour, the breast should “sit” in the cup comfortably because the cup is shaped, therefore creating an existing space for the breast to rest. If flattening happens, that means that the breast does not have enough space inside the cup.

In reference to the thick straps, we have constructed it this way so that those with heavy breast tissue may feel that they are gaining additional support from the strap. If this is too much strap for you, perhaps you should try our Dream Tisha Lace 965. OMG, this bra lifts my boobs up to where they were 30 years ago. I was so shocked at how good I looked in a sweater that, after I regained my composure and realized I was, indeed, not dreaming, I texted my girlfriend to come over and check out the bra and now she is buying one for herself. Did not fit. I wear a 32E and as recommended, went up a cup size and it is still too small in the cups. Darn. This was the first Mystere I have tried but I think I will stay with the brands I know fit me.

May I suggest having your fit checked on this bra, or perhaps even going up one more cup size? Because a contour cup maintains its shape no matter what our shape is, from time to time finding the right fit requires a bit more tweaking than those bras that are not contour. You may also find that our Dream Tisha Lace 965 may possibly be a good fit.
