Hip-T

Every once in a while, a product comes along that solves a problem so obvious you wonder why you didn't think of it. The Hip-T fits that description to ....well a T.  Ever notice (how could you not?) what happens when you bend over or sit down in your low-rise jeans. The whole world is getting a good look at that cute thong or plain old panties you have on underneath. In fact, anyone watching now knows way too much about your behind.

Now 2 clever California women have come up with the solution--The Hip-T. Hip-T isn't a camisole and it isn't a slip. It's a stretchy band of fabric designed to cover up the area between the low-rise pants or skirt and the high-rise top. Step in, shimmy it up over your pants, put on your shirt and, just like that, you're covered. The Hip-T means no more bulky layering to keep your more private parts private.

Christine and Kelley, founders of g3 Originals figured they had 2 choices: toss their denim wardrobes or come up with a solution to involuntarily mooning one and all. So they took an old t-shirt, cut off the bottom half, slipped it around their assets and layered with another t-shirt. Sure enough, the new invention passed the test--no thong exposure, no butt cleavage and no bulked up tangle of tops.

The Hip-T Basic is now available in lots of fashion colors including aqua, fuchsia, burnt orange, olive and more, besides black and white. The Hip-T Original Lace Hip-T adds a fun little lace border around the bottom edge. The line also includes the Animal hip-T in a zebra pattern.
