This bra is a bit of a mystery to get ON, and the first time I tried to put it on, was quite a funny scene...arms out, boobs flyin'...however, once it is on, it is AWESOME! I own about 6 different bras for running, and this is by far, my favorite....it lifts, it SEPARATES (which is a rare, but important feature)and it keeps the girls in place! Now I can get it on, and off in a cinch, just after 3 uses. I love the criss-cross in back for added support.

this is the best bra i have ever worn. i wear racerback tops all the time and this bra keeps you seperated and lifted! Comfortable and breathable.
