I ordered this to help me feel better about my size while I lose weight. It would be good on a cooler day, but for a menopausal woman, you don't need something to make you sweat more. I love it! I have arthritis in my shoulders and cannot wear a regular bra any longer. I tried other brands, but I had to fight to get them on and off. This one is just perfect and with the headlight covers I also purchased, I think I can wear anything now without being embarrassed. Thank you! I really liked this cami but it just didn't work for me. I need more support in the bust. I love the way it makes you look but if I use a bra under it, it takes away from the smooth sleek look. I wish it had a built-in bust support. It didn't ride up, was very comfortable, made my back fat disappear, looked awesome under clothing and my clothing did not stick to it.
