Beautiful bra. When I put it on, however, the center seam on the cups cut too deeply causing a split breast appearance. Also shaped both breasts into a cone shape. Not sure if it was too small or if it was the way the bra is made. Julie from Westminster, MD/USA

This bra is perfect - the fit, the look, the construction are all wonderful. I wear a 30GG, and finding bras that actually fit well is beyond difficult. I'm very impressed ... and will look for more Fauves in the future. I was apprehensive about the price, but when it went on sale, I thought "why not?" ... Pretty bra, but did not fit well. There was plenty of coverage. However, the straps set way out on the shoulders. The material in the bra did not always lay down. I would not buy another bra from this company. Sorry.

Fauve Response: FV0092 is one of our very favorite bras, and one of the best fitting as well! FV0092 is a “balcony” frame with the straps placed more to the side. We love this shape because it provides a beautiful open neckline. Very often it’s the size, not the style which is the problem with fit. You mention the fabric doesn’t always lie flat which suggests the cup or band is an incorrect size, or it might be you’re not placing your breast tissue into the cups properly. Beautiful bra, but a cup this size should never have such thin stretchy straps. A sales person at a local department store said it's because women ask for them so they can have bras that look like everyone else. While I understand their feelings, reality is reality. I have a smaller frame and a large cup. My breasts are heavy and need the support. I will keep the bra, but reinforce the straps myself with lingerie supply bra straps. Function needs to come first, but there's no reason form and beauty can't follow function. I'll just tinker with this a bit and hopefully it will be fine. For the price, I shouldn't have to redesign it. This would be a lovely bra for someone with smaller, lighter cups. I wouldn't recommend it for someone in my size range. Mary Ellen from CT

I wasn't sure if this bra was worth the price. It is. My other bras are Panache and Jeunique. This bra is more comfortable, more supportive, and just looks better. The straps are set wider than my other bras, which is perfect for me, it rests on the bone and not in the softer area where it creates a dent. The fabric is comfortable and not itchy. The wires don't dig in on the side. The construction of the bra properly supports the weight so i don't feel heavy on top. myd
