This item is great and was exactly what I needed! While the convertor does remove some of the support that the bra normally provides, it still allowed my regular bra to work just fine (I normally wear a 32DDD). For women with larger busts or odd bra sizes, I'd recommend this over more expensive all-in-one low back bras.

This is a comfortable bra strap. I have worn it once so far. I wouldn't recommend wearing it with loose clothing though. For example, I bought a backless t-shirt and since the shirt is loosely tailored around the waist, you can easily see the straps. Use it as is shown in the packaging picture: something more fit.
Overall, I'm very happy especially for the price.

Disappointing! Although the low back effect is achieved, the bra cups don't sit properly and become loose when straps are attached.
Fashion forms Response:This is also a best seller. This is meant to simply pull the straps of a conventional bra down in back so the person doesn't have to buy a new bra for one occasion.

I appreciate that this strap allows me to wear my own, comfortable bra. I'd tried several convertible bras in stores, and didn't find one that was acceptably comfortable. Service was fast and effortless, and my order arrived on time, despite the fact that 2/3 of the country was buried in snow.

Works great! My bust is too large to wear pasties or even no bra- this is an excellent solution! Needs a little adjusting during a night of dancing but, not too bad! (especially if you get to wear the dress you want!!)

When I used this produce with one of my bras, it did work & pull my bra down enough so that I could wear a dress with a low back on it. However, the straps pulled down on the bra so much that it was a little painful on my shoulders. Also, the band around my belly seems to dig in a bit.
