Buy a pair of control-top pantyhose and cut off the legs. Rolls down from the waist and up from the thigh. I was so disappointed I sent them back.
They looked great on Oprah and the skinny models on the websites that sell them.

The diamond tummy control of this body shaper is wonderful and remarkably seamless. The fabric is deliciously soft and it actually DOES slim the body without the constriction of girdle like garments. My fitted trousers now look smooth and I am confortable. This undergarment is well worth the cost.
