They add very little to the bust. Pros: Lightweight, clear, comfortable. Cons: Pricey for the little size increasement, very little difference in size. For me, it was as if I was wearing a padded bra- I wasn't very satisfied with this product because it didn't even seem to give me the full cup it claimed to. However, if you're looking for a little size increasement and weight is an issue, you might want to look into these. I liked how lightweight they were but that was pretty much it. Beware if you wear a 32A or smaller. Odds are you won't be able to fit the entire silicone insert into most of your bras. It will stick out. They would work best for women who already have a medium to large chest. I was rather disappointed to find this but I plan to give them a try anyways. Response from vendor: Our takeouts are intended for women with a smaller bustline, and will therefore have the greatest impact for them. They are designed to add a cup size, and work best with a bra that has a full cup--not a demi or bralette. We have had a great response from women who are in the A-B cup range who wear them with their regular bra. This one-size product works for most women in most bras. For larger busted women, or women looking to push up what they already have, we recommend our cleavage cupcakes. Creates a smooth, natural appearance, conceals the appearance of nipples, and adds 1 cup size to the fit of my bras. I exercise and have very low body fat. These are great! Very comfortable to wear, I forget I'm wearing them after awhile. I bought these because I've been considering surgery and I wanted to "try out" the bigger size before I take the permanent plunge.
