These are an awesome addition for ladies that want to turn heads and gain the attention of gentlemen. My wife wore these at one of the local casinos for a company get-together and as a result, we were surrounded by the majority of the men from the party. I was sincerely disappointed in the product. I have had a mastectomy with reconstructive surgery and one nipple is invisible so I was hoping these were made from silicone and stayed in place - they are just rubber nipples that slide around and feel very fake.
