It's comfortable. I'd give it a 3.5. after reading sizing on back of package I should have gotten a size smaller., but it still is great for a little added warmth for the winter.

The size medium fit me perfectly (5'5", 125 lbs), and with the silicone trim, it stays up. Far more comfortable than I expected it would be. Works well under my fitted satin dresses. Only negative is that the seams are down the front and back, rather than the sides. I cannot wear it with one dress because you see the outline of the seam right through it. I don't know why it was designed this way, as dresses are seamed down the sides, not front and back. Other than that, great product at an appropriate price.

I'm 5'5 and 125 pounds (slim), but needed a shaper with no waist band for under some evening dresses. This does the trick. I ordered the medium which fits fine. I was very impressed when I took it out of the packaging and felt how soft it was. Since it goes up to the bra line, there's no binding waist band, and it does stay in place due to the silicone. No lines under the dress! Nice and smooth. If you really want to wear stockings with it, consider thigh highs. Just make sure they have silicone in the trim so they'll stay up, then put the shaper on over. Also, the price can not be beat. Elsewhere, these shapers are $45 and up.

Well the material is great..but the waist band can be a bit too tight while the rest of the fit is fine..and it doesn't really hold the tummy in!! But it is comfortable compared to others that i have tried...and I am thinking of wearing it under my wedding gown.

My weight (145 lb) and height of 5' 1" puts me between sizes for this garment - I bought the M and was pleased, although I think the S would be my 'correct' size. I first wore it for a late afternoon into evening party, outside on a hot day. The fabric feels soft and fine; it's strong enough, but I would not tug hard on the legs etc. Roll them into place and take your time doing it right the first time. It was extremely comfortable, stayed in place, helped me to look good and even reduced the ache of my chronic back problem. I may buy the S as well.

Product was fine, I just wish it had a firmer tummy control area. I've had 4 kids and this was much cheaper than a tummy tuck. I am looking for a firmer hold with flatter looking results. Still a nice product.

It smoothes everything very well. I love the fact that on the leg is not tight at all and it does to bulge or roll up. My only complaint is the elastic at the top is too tight and it hurts after awhile. Other than that is good.

I followed the advice of other reviewers and ordered the next larger size. When it arrived and I saw the manufacturers size measurements, I was tempted to return it for a smaller size. However, the advice was correct. I wanted something to smooth my lines for a slinky dress. This did the trick without strangling me. I would imagine the size recommended by the manufacturer would be tough to get in and out of. The elastic at the top was not at all loose at the larger size, and the spandex body was smoothing but not so tight it would bind when you bend.
