Aviana Satin and Lace Minimizer Bra 2457

Embroidered cups reduce your bust projection by at least one inch! Wide stay-put cushioned comfort straps.
  • Full-figure minimizer has vertical-seamed, 2-section cups with mesh top and satin bottom.
  • Shapes and reduces overall bust projection by at least 1" without flattening.
  • The result is a natural look under fitted clothing.
  • Cotton-lined, wide-set straps stay in place and relieve pressure on the shoulder.
Tomima's Tip
"The underwire in this bra is a little shorter than most so it's less likely to protrude into your underarm. The wire is also bendable for added comfort. A great choice for a full-figure woman who is also petite in stature."

Very pretty bra and I thought well constructed, but it dosen't have enough support for my size. I do have large heavy breasts and they look saggy in this bra. I was sorry it didn't work well for me.

Aviana Response: I suspect the problem may be that, while you wear a 44DD in bras you find out in stores, in our brand you needed something different. Whatever size you wear in "department store" bras, I always recommend going down a band size and up a cup size when trying a "boutique" brand bra. We size our bras correctly, and we have ample range of cup sizes to allow you to use the band size meant for you. You may want to try a 42F and see what happens? In the proper size 2457, you absolutely will not sag. Teresa, NJ, uSA, Age: 40's December, 2009, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 44dd

The straps are set too wide set for a bra in this size. Heavy breasts sink toward the middle and are not held in place, puffing over the top in the middle. Will never buy this style again

HerRoom Response: Thank you for your feedback. Your comment has been forwarded to Aviana.

Aviana Response: Aviana straps are set close in the back to prevent shoulder slippage while maintaining proper separation in front. Set any closer, straps or cup material would show under v neckline tops. When breast tissue is pillowing over the top of the cup, the cup is not large enough, and the answer is to try a larger cup size. Placement of the straps will not affect cup capacity, nor will it prevent the "pillow" from occurring. I recommend trying the 36H! C. Webb - Aviana Leslie, Ridgefield Ct USA, Age: 60's September, 2009, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 36G

This was a beautiful bra. However, because I am between sizes, it was too big. As a result, I have returned it. Would probably order this product again in a different size at a later date. The fit though was very comfortable. caroline, los angeles, ca, Age: 40's July, 2009, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 38G

The cup size fit. The bra doesn't provide good support and "flimsy". The wire pokes out between the breasts & can be seen under shirts. I do not like this bra. Crystal, Anchorage, Alaska, Age: 30's June, 2009, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 36H

Excellent support for home-grown mature breasts on a narrow ribcage. I love the comfort and lift while not looking like I'm carrying around a pair of melons. Structure nicely takes most of the weight off the shoulders. The seaming and lace at the top of the cup are probably not smooth enough to wear under a light solid color knit shirt. Under print knits the bra is fine. Hard to remember when the girls last stood up like this. Connie, Orlando, FL, USA, Age: 50's June, 2009, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 34DD

This is just about the best bra I've owned since my "augmentation" from nursing! I used to be a 34 C! It has taken me ten years to figure out that there is such a thing as an 'H' cup. Onward. The bra is comfortable, the under wires fit perfectly, do not dig into my armpits. The degree of minimization is just right - one would not know they were wearing a 'minimizer' except for the ease of fitting big boobs into a size 12 dress. Straps are supportive and do not fall off my shoulders!! I am very narrow through the rib cage, and shoulders - most straps fall down and many bands in my cup size do not fit. Not so with this bra. Only two minor comments for potential buyers to think about. For me, the band size seems a bit on the snug side AND: this is not a tee shirt bra! Nor does it pretend to be. I really wish I could find something this good to wear under tee shirts! I have been searching for something in my size - cannot seem to find anything in AVIANA. Still this bra works so well on all other fronts that I bought three more! Very nice bra. Delia Britton, Toronto Ontario, Age: 50's April, 2009, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 34H

I love this bra freddie, columbus, ga, Age: 40's April, 2009, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 38d

Extremely uncomfortable and flimsy. Since it protrudes in the front, it does not minimize at all. I would not recommend this bra to any person larger than a D cup. Martha, Lawrence, KS, Age: 60's March, 2009, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 40h

I really didn't like this bra. It had no support, and simply didn't fit well. The shape seems to rely on the ability of the breast to hold up the cup -- not a good thing in this size. Sadly, I had forgotten that I had tried this bra before, a couple of years ago, and really didn't like it then! It's possible that it could work for a 20-something in a smaller size... but then, why would she want a 'minimizer"? Karenlee, Springfield, OR, Age: 40's February, 2009, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 42G

The size is right on me so I'm not falling out, and the wires don't dig into me anywhere, but the middle doesn't lay flat against my chest so you can tell that it's poking out farther from my breasts. Not bad of a bra but I wouldn't buy it again. Becky, oklahoma, Age: 30's February, 2009, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 42G

I think it is pretty and if I needed a minimizer...I would buy this one. TheUndies.com, , Age: February, 2009, Petite (5'3" and under) Size: 34B

This bra fits well. The wires are comfortable and do not poke or dig into me. My shirts and blouses fit better than ever. D., Southeast, North Carolina, USA, Age: 40's January, 2009, Average Height (5'4"-5'8") Size: 36DDD
